LPC/LCSW and Associates

"Independently connected" is how we like to define what it's like to be a counselor at Foothills. We understand that we do better together, learning and growing in experience and expertise. Still working toward licensure?  Earn your required board  hours without paying for supervision- no strings attached. We provide all the administrative and billing support, freeing you up to do what you do best- counsel. Insurance contracting, credentialing, and billing are provided. We provide a steady stream of client referrals and handle the paperwork, customer service, scheduling, collecting payment, etc. We provide group consultations, trainings, and general support. ​

 

Other benefits include:

  • Generous bonus programs including $200/70 hours/month, $300/80 hours/month etc

Compensation:

  • Percentage of payments accrued, varying between $40-$90/hour. ​

  • Session bonus: for every 6 sessions receive one hour of paid administrative time and the administrative rate

  • Paid meetings

Requirements include:

  • LPC, LMFT, or ability to begin working towards licensure in the state of Oregon

  • -or- LCSW (license required)

  • -or- Licensed Psychologist 

  • Willingness to commit to 25 hours a week

  • Able to work from the office at least 3 days a week
